However, because of the individuality of the materials, we regret that we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

Scathain will only accept responsibility for mistakes we are entirely at fault for, errors made during the production process that were overlooked before shipping the piece. If after evaluation we come to the conclusion that the imperfection was indeed our error and that the product is of inferior quality, Scathain will then work with you to alleviate the problem at no extra charge.
